Air Fryer Spanish Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken wings 600g, jointed (16 pieces total)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste or crushed garlic
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika pimentón
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Season the Wings: Toss wings in a bowl with garlic paste, baking powder, oregano, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Prepare the Air Fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the wings in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  • Cook:
  • Air fry at 250°F (120°C) for 15 minutes.
  • Increase temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for another 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Serve: Transfer to a plate and enjoy immediately. These wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with Spanish flavors.
