Asian-Inspired Stir-Fried Oyster Mushrooms

For a quick stir-fry with bold flavors, this recipe incorporates soy sauce and balsamic vinegar for a tangy glaze that pairs perfectly with rice or noodles.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Mushrooms: Clean and trim as described above.
  • Stir-Fry: Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan over high heat. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add Sauce: Mix soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add to the pan and stir to coat mushrooms evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Finish: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over steamed rice or noodles.
