- 10 ounces oyster mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional
Prep the Mushrooms: Clean and trim as described above.
