Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
For the Garlic Bread:

loaf French bread
sliced in half lengthwise

tablespoons
butter
softened
3
cloves
garlic
minced
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
1
tablespoon
chopped parsley
For the Shrimp Filling:
1
pound
shrimp
peeled and deveined

tablespoons
olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

teaspoon
paprika
For the Sandwich:
1
cup
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Additional butter for grilling
Instructions
Prepare the Garlic Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix softened butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a small bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly on each half of the French bread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Assemble the Sandwich
Layer cooked shrimp and Monterey Jack cheese on one half of the garlic bread.
Place the other half of the bread on top and press gently.
Grill the Sandwich
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a bit of butter.
Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is toasted and cheese melted.
Serve: Slice into portions and enjoy hot.
