  • 2-3 eggs
  • A splash of cream milk, or water
  • Salt and white pepper
  • Butter for frying
  • Creamy goat’s cheese
  • Fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with your choice of liquid. Add salt and white pepper to taste.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Reduce to low heat once melted.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until it starts to set.
  • Add goat’s cheese and fresh mint on top.
  • Cook until the omelette reaches your desired consistency — creamy or fully set.
  • Serve immediately.
