Quick and Easy Jiffy Corn Cake Recipe
For a simpler version, this recipe uses Jiffy cornbread mix and canned sweet cream corn.
- 15- ounce can sweet cream corn
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick of butter melted
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with a scoop for an authentic texture.
