Quick and Easy Jiffy Corn Cake Recipe

For a simpler version, this recipe uses Jiffy cornbread mix and canned sweet cream corn.

Ingredients
  

  • 15- ounce can sweet cream corn
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick of butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with a scoop for an authentic texture.
