Ingredients

shredded

large avocado

arugula

medium tomatoes
chopped

red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss arugula, avocado, and tomatoes in olive oil and vinegar.
Add shredded roast chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
