Recipe: Spinach Artichoke Dip with Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach chopped
  • 1 cup artichokes drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp butter for greasing baking dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a large bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach, artichokes, salt & black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Fold in mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
