Toast Points with Caviar and Crème Fraîche

Ingredients
  

  • 3 slices white bread
  • 1 oz caviar (e.g., white sturgeon)
  • 1/4 cup crème fraîche
  • tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Toast Preparation: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove bread crusts, cut into triangles, brush with melted butter, and toast until golden.
  • Assembly: Pipe or spoon crème fraîche onto toast points and top with a small dollop of caviar. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
