Uber Low-Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, form dough into balls, and chill for 20 minutes.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until set but soft.

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 2/3 cups oat flour
  • 1/3 cup each brown sugar and granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon each baking soda and baking powder
  • 1/3 cup virgin coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water
  • 3-6 tablespoons almond milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Instructions:
  • Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  • Mix the wet into the dry until a dough forms.
  • Shape into balls and bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
